The Main Engine for Oil Refining Equipment

1. On the design of the key device of cracking processor, it overcomes the weakness of the current vertical flat-bottomed cracking condenser, such as uneven heating, easy breakage, low yield and its short service life. The main engine adopts horizontal rotational structure, 0.4R.P.M.

2. The equipment has fast and practical feeding system and environmental protection tapping system. The handling capacity can reach 8 tons every 24 hours, and the time for tapping is about 30 minutes for 300 kilograms carbon black.

The Cooler

The flue gas from the oil-water separator comes to the horizontal condenser which is the tubular-type column, and the tube is the zigzag shape. This increases the travel of the flue gas in the tube to make it fully condense. And this design can reduce the size of the condenser.

The Smoke Filter

The equipment can do dust removal, cooling, and acid separation for the exhaust out of the furnace. Due to the small amount of the dust and acid of the exhaust, it’s easy to deal with. The temperature is 480 degrees or so when it comes out from the kiln, and through the whirlwind and the water film, the exhaust can be cooled down and removed the acid and aspirating.
